NUTR121: Nutrition: Background Information

For this assignment, you are expected to use articles from scholarly journals for references. 

Before beginning your search for articles, it's a good idea to find some background information about your topic. The background information will give you a good understanding of the disease and the nutritional considerations. Good sources of background information include:

• Your textbook
• Credible websites - a few ideas are listed below
